Delivery - Shipment of Products

Before entering the online store and browsing our website, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions, which apply specifically to the use of the online store of www.bekan-group.com/shop.

Completing an order

As soon as your order is completed, you will receive a message certifying its completion.

The prices of the products in our online store refer to the prices of the products without transport costs which, depending on the place of delivery, are calculated at your request, in case you wish to receive your order with the transport company we cooperate with. Alternatively, you can inform your own transport partner for collection from our headquarters. In both cases the transport costs are borne by the customer and are not included in the final price of the product.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the volume of the order and the delivery address.

If you choose to have the order delivered by our own partner transport company, at the time of order completion, the transport costs will not be included. However, they will be included in the final amount of the document you receive - and if you accept the transport costs set by the transport company - which you will be asked to pay together with the amount of your order.

These prices apply regardless of the amount of the order and include the statutory VAT.

ATTENTION!

For transfers via an agency of your choice, the delivery times of the respective Transport Company apply.

Estimated Delivery Time

For products available in the e-shop, please see below the estimated delivery time:

For central regions within Greece: 2-5 working days from the date of receipt of your order from our warehouses.
For hard-to-reach areas and foreign regions, the delivery time may be longer.

In addition, if your order includes a product available on order from one of our suppliers, the delivery time will be increased by the time required to ship it to our warehouses (this information is indicated on the product page). Your order will be prepared when all products are available in our warehouse.
