Return - Replacement of Products

Before entering the online store and browsing our website, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions, which apply specifically to the use of the online store of www.bekan-group.com/shop.

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and/or request a replacement within fourteen (14) calendar days, either because you have encountered a problem in the ordering process or have identified a problem with a product, or because you have changed your mind.
Conditions for cases of problems with the ordering process or the product itself

In all cases in which through proven fault of BEKAN-Group Shop:

a) incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in invoicing, in shipping, damaged in transit or with poor packaging)
b) there was a problem/actual defect in the product (function or quality) which is covered by the product warranty and if the warranty has been given by BEKAN-Group Shop. This does not include products covered by third party warranties such as from the manufacturer of the product or its representative.
The product to be returned-replaced must necessarily be accompanied by the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retailer's Receipt, etc.), be in the condition received by the customer and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product (to agree with the IMEI).

Conditions for cases of change of mind

In case you have changed your mind and wish to return the products you have purchased from BEKAN-Group Shop, the products must not have been used, must be in the condition in which they were received, complete and without damage, their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies them (to agree with the IMEI) and must be in perfect condition, together with all the documents that accompanied them (e.g. DAT, Retailer's receipt, etc.) at the time of delivery.

Ways of return - replacement

You can return - replace a product at our company's headquarters or send it with a transport company/courier we work with:

-if it concerns a problem in the order process or the product itself - free of charge

-if it concerns a change of opinion:

-if it is received by us, you will be informed by phone about the cost of delivery
-by a carrier of your choice at your own expense.

Refund in cases of Product Returns

In cases of product returns, the refund will be made in one of the following ways:

-by cancelling the charge on your credit card; or
-by refunding the money by depositing it in a bank account, in case you had also deposited the money in our bank account to complete your order.

Terms and conditions relating to all the above cases

In each of the above cases, any return and/or replacement must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.
In the event of repeated returns or if BEKAN-Group Shop becomes aware, in its sole discretion, that the customer is abusing the right of return or acting in bad faith, it has every right to refuse to return the product even if the above conditions are met.
Finally, BEKAN-Group Shop reserves the right to cancel or modify its return policy at any time by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on www.bekan-group.com/shop or in its store.
