Cancellation of Order
Before entering the online store and browsing our website, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions, which apply specifically to the use of the online store of www.bekan-group.com/shop.
Cancellation of the order may be made in the following cases :
Before the order is completed, during the online order process you can at any time press the "Previous Step" button to return to the previous step of the process. In case you have reached the last step, before the final entry of your order, you can press the "cancel" button that will appear in a special window that opens in order to confirm the entry of your order. By "clicking" on this button, the order process is automatically interrupted and you can continue to browse our online store.
If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can contact our e-shopping Customer Service Department by phone: 2391091287 or by e-mail: email@example.com and one of our associates will take care of the cancellation of your order.
After receiving the product, please contact the e-shopping Customer Service Department by phone: 2391091287 or by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org to explain why you wish to cancel the order. One of our associates will assist you immediately and inform you of all your options.
In case of payment by credit card, cash is not refunded but the refund is made through the bank to your credit card.
In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum cancellation period cannot be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt.
